Season 2012 Registration Guidelines                           

 
 
Returning Players
Players returning from last year have priority on available places until January 31st 2012.  Returning players must return their completed 2012 Club registration form to the Club by January 31st 2012 with payment to the club finalized by February 11th 2012 

After this time returning players will NO LONGER have registration priority and places in teams will be made available to all registrations including new Players

Returning Players Club registration form should be returned to the club via:
  • Post - PO Box 2499, Warwick, WA 6024
  • Returning Players Registration Day - Carine Open Space - 10am -1pm - Sunday 29thJanuary 2012
  • In person - contact Registrar, Tony Hawkes - 94478083 to make arrangements

New Players to the Club
New Players may submit registration forms at any time, however they will be waitlisted until a review of available places is complete.  New players may attend the Open Registration Day at Carine Open Space from 10am to1pm on Sunday 12th February 2012.

New players will need to

  • read the 2012 Season Registration Information,
  • complete a Club Registration Form,
  • provide proof of age and
  • provide payment before the application will be accepted.

All Players
Once your registration is accepted and processed by the Club, all players will need to register and confirm their details on the FFA MyFootballClub website.  The MyFootballClub site is available for HRJFC registrations from February 1st  the 2012 season.  Please check that you details are correct and that you have a current passport style photograph uploaded for players in th 12s competition and above.
 
 
 
Registration with FFA
Players who are unable to register online with FFA through MyFootballClub website will need to complete an additional FFA NRR03 form to authorise the Club to register you on your behalf.  Access the form below
 
Players in competitions for 12s and above will also need to upload a passport style photograpf to their FFA registration page - instructions
 
Payment of Fees
Payment of registration fees can be made by
  • Cash - in person (Registration Day or by appointment)
  • Cheque - payable to Hamersley Rovers Junior FC
  • Direct Deposit - BSB: 306-104   Account No: 0884785 (please add player name for reference)
  • Credit Card - through Club On-line shop -www.hamersleyroversjuniorfc.com.au

Please note:  Arrangements can be made for paying fees in installments.  Please contact the Club Registrar, Tony Hawkes on 94478083 to discuss a payment plan if required.
