HRJFC is holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 27th July, starting at 7.30pm, at the Carine Tavern (on Beach Road in Duncraig). The Committee would like to suggest that a minimum of 2 parents from each team, attend the AGM to gain a more detailed understanding of the operation of the club and the dedicated team who work to keep the 550 kids, out on the park, every weekend. Light refreshments will be provided.

At the AGM, all Committee positions are declared ‘vacant’ and a full Committee elected again – nominations for all positions are welcome. Please email these nominations directly to me. This year our Member Protection Officer had to resign her position during the year due to health reasons and our long serving Secretary (Gary Heiden) will be stepping down due to no longer having a child at the club – nominations for these positions is critical, however nominations are welcomes across the entire range of Committee positions.

  • Coaching and Player Development Coordinator
    • SSF Coaching and Player Development Coordinator
    • Girls Coaching and Player Development Coordinator
    • 12-18’s Coaching and Player Development Coordinator
  • Equipment Coordinator
  • Strips Coordinator
  • Website Coordinator
  • Member Protection Officer
  • Hall Committee Representative
  • Trophy Coordinator
  • Events Coordinator

Don’t worry, you won’t be thrown in the deep end without assistance…. Roles can range from a couple of hours per week, to the more significant ones, so don’t be scared off…. become involved in the management of your Club!
