2026 Season Information
Welcome to another exciting year at Hamersley Rovers Junior Football Club – a community-run club built on teamwork, inclusion, and a love of the game.
We are proud to provide a safe, family-friendly environment where players of all abilities can learn, grow, and enjoy football.
If you are returning for another season or joining us for the first time, here’s everything you need to know about registrations, programs, and the 2026 season ahead.
2026 Registration Information
All registrations are completed online via PlayFootball.
Please log in before registrations open to check and update your details – this helps ensure a quick and smooth process once registration day arrives.
Spaces in every age group fill quickly due to limited field capacity, so we encourage families to register early to secure a place.
Families eligible for financial assistance can apply for KidSport vouchers to help cover registration costs.

Programs
Lil Hammers (Ages 5–8)
Our Saturday morning program focuses on skills, fun, and small-sided games – the perfect start for young players learning the fundamentals of football.
MiniRoos (Ages 8–12)
Players enjoy one training session per week and Sunday games in a home-and-away format. The focus is on teamwork, development, and enjoyment.
Juniors (Ages 13–18)
Teams train twice per week and play Sunday matches across the Perth metro area in a home-and-away format.
2026 Registration Fees
We’re proud to keep our registration fees as low as possible while maintaining the quality, safety, and enjoyment that families expect from a community-run club. Your fees help cover essential costs such as equipment, uniforms, training facilities, coaching support, and Football West/Football Australia fees.
Registration Fees for 2026 are:
2026 Fees:
- Lil Hammers: $350
- MiniRoos: $350
- Juniors: $360
We understand that every family’s circumstances are different, so payment plans are available if needed.
Inclusive League
At Hamersley, we believe football is for everyone. In 2026, we’re hoping to expand our programs to include an Inclusive League for players aged 8 and over with additional needs.
This welcoming, community-focused program offers one training session per week and modified games in a fun, cluster-style format alongside other local clubs on Sundays.
To make this happen, we’re looking for a program coordinator – someone passionate about inclusion and happy to communicate with player families and other clubs. It’s not a big commitment, and our committee will support you every step of the way.
Expressions of interest for both players and volunteers are available now via <Link>
If you or someone you know may be interested, please reach out – we’d love to hear from you and help shape this program together.
Uniforms and Merchandise
Each player receives a training shirt (yours to keep) and a game shirt (returned at the end of the season) as part of their registration. Socks, shorts, and other great club merchandise will be available for purchase before the season begins – dates and details to be confirmed.
All players must wear shin guards and appropriate footwear to all training sessions and game days.
Soccer boots are recommended, and only moulded studs are permitted.
